How is my order shipped?

Your order is shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using either First Class or Priority Mail services, depending on the package weight. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, GyneSlim orders can be shipped to Canada and many other international destinations. International orders take longer than domestic orders for delivery, Canada takes from 7 – 14 days and international orders from 14 to 28 days. (other brands may not ship to international addresses, we are not responsible for their policies)

Please note that shipping for international orders does not include any duties & taxes that may be charged by your country’s customs services. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or tariffs, and it is your responsibility to check with local custom’s laws for these charges.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping to US addresses costs $6.95. Shipping to Canada costs $19.95 and all other international destinations cost $24.95 (GyneSlim only). Free shipping offers will be advertized from time to time on our site and are calculated during order checkout (dependant on brand).

How are my shirts packaged and when should I receive my order?

All orders are shipped in plain packaging. Our aim is to ship domestic orders within one to two business days after you’ve placed your order. Please allow 5 – 7 days for domestic orders to be delivered by USPS, but delivery is usually quicker depending on where you are in the USA.

International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country and their customs process.(GyneSlim only)

Any free shipping offer applies to standard shipping on a minimum purchase outlined in the offer. Available to U.S. residents only. Offer valid for a limited time only and subject to change at anytime.


Why do you need my email address and phone number?

Please ensure the email address you enter into the shopping cart is valid. All order receipts will be sent to the email you enter into the shopping cart. If there are any questions or problems with your order you will be contacted through this email address. If there is a problem with

International customers (GyneSlim only) must supply a phone number that is required for customs declaration paperwork. You will be contacted via email if your phone number is missing, so please ensure your email is valid. If you cannot be contacted for a phone number your order may not be shipped.

Pre-Order Items

From time to time some of the products reviewed on this site are eligible for Pre-Order. This feature allows you the ability to buy certain newly launched shirts prior to them being generally available. The expected availability date provided is an estimate only. Any Order placed that contains one or more Pre-Order (out of stock) line items will be held until the Pre-Order line items are in-stock and available for shipment. Please drop us a line if you have any questions about Pre-Order items.

Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you’ll be completely happy with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something.


After receiving your shirts and trying one on, if it turns out to be the wrong size we will be happy to exchange them for the right size. Please repackage the shirt you tried on and contact us for exchange instructions, as explained below.

You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of ordering. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. You may be charged a restocking fee if your returned items are not in a resellable condition due to being worn, damaged or laundered.

We will process your return / exchange within 7 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit card/Paypal account used for the purchase, minus shipping fees. We do not refund shipping fees, unless you received damaged goods or items that you did not order.

Return / Exchange Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, you will not be charged shipping fees for the exchanged item to be shipped out to you.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.
